About Our Maine Lake House
Our Maine lake house is located on the southern tip of Middle Range Pond. While we do have two neighbors, our property offers plenty of privacy throughout your Maine vacation. During your stay, you'll find yourself admiring the breathtaking lake views from the Adirondack chairs, hammock, lakeside swing, screened-in porch or the sitting dock. We also have a fire pit for some late-night s'mores and all of the toys for your family to enjoy life on the lake!
So many lake activities are possible on/nearby Middle Range Pond including fishing, kayaking, biking, swimming in the crystal clear water, hiking, white water rafting and more! Kayaks, a canoe, a variety of lake inflatables/loungers and a row boat are all included with the rental of our Maine home. Ask us about renting the owners' two paddleboards for an additional weekly fee.
From the yard or porch, step inside to a large family room, complete with board games, puzzles, a Foosball table, books, huge Scrabble and Connect Four games, a 65" television and a comfy sectional to sink into after a long day on the lake. Also located on this floor are a half bathroom and a kitchenette.
On the main floor, there is an air conditioned & open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. You'll be able to soak in the views and sounds of the lake from the couch or even while you prepare meals in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances, cookware and those smaller appliances that are SO essential first thing in the morning . . . such as a coffee maker. The master bedroom, complete with a reading chair, air conditioning and a private bathroom is also on the main floor.
On to the top floor of our home, there are two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom. The larger of the two bedrooms has a queen bed and a smart TV. The final bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed, a comfy beanbag chair and lake views. All bedrooms are air conditioned for those warm summer nights!
